- Administer medications safely per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor resident conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote resident dignity and wellbeing at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families
- Valid NC Medication Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Compassionate attitude and reliability are a must!
