About GnG Vacation
GnG Vacation helps residential property owners and investors select and operate the right short-term, mid-term, or long-term rental strategy. Our team supports pricing, listing setup, guest or tenant communication, cleaning, maintenance, onboarding, and owner reporting.
About the Role
We are hiring a Property Management Sales Executive to acquire new residential property management accounts across Southern California.
This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying hunter/closer role. It is not a leasing, tenant-service, or day-to-day property-operations position. You will own net-new owner acquisition from first contact through a signed and activated management agreement.
What You Will Do
- Build a pipeline of homeowners, landlords, real estate investors, Realtors, brokers, lenders, and referral partners through outbound calls, email, referrals, networking, and local market activity.
- Qualify opportunities based on property type, location, owner goals, timeline, and management needs.
- Conduct owner consultations and property visits.
- Present GnG Vacation's short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental management solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through discovery, proposal, objection handling, negotiation, and signed management agreement.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with real estate and investor referral partners.
- Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, next steps, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Coordinate a clear handoff to onboarding and operations after an agreement is signed.
- Represent GnG Vacation professionally at local meetings, property visits, and networking events.

- Strong written, phone, presentation, and in-person communication skills.
- Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Active California real estate salesperson license and ability to perform licensed activities under the supervision of the responsible broker.
- Ability to work from our Pomona office and travel locally throughout Southern California.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving for work.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and professional judgment.
