We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our busy dealership parts department. In this role, you will be the backbone of our parts operations, serving as the go-to expert for both our internal factory-trained technicians and our retail/wholesale walk-in customers.

- Logistics & Receiving: Assist with receiving stock, sorting inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts room.
- Revenue Growth: Identify up-sell opportunities (such as related gaskets, seals, or hardware) to provide a complete repair solution for the customer.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of automotive parts counter experience (dealership or high-volume aftermarket retail preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with standard dealership systems (e.g., CDK Drive or similar DMS) and electronic parts catalogs is a massive plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills—you can explain complex parts layouts clearly.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts packages up to 50 lbs.
- Mindset: A team-player attitude with a high attention to detail and a hustle mentality.
