Moving With No Stress is looking for dependable, hardworking, and professional Movers/Packers to partner with our growing moving company.
This opportunity will begin as a 1099 Independent Contractor position, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time W-2 employee position based on business needs, reliability, performance, availability, and overall fit with the company.

What You’ll Do
As a Mover/Packer, you may assist with residential and commercial moves, including:
- Safely loading and unloading furniture, boxes, appliances, and other items
- Packing, wrapping, and protecting customers’ belongings
- Carrying furniture and boxes through homes, apartments, businesses, stairways, and entryways
- Assisting with furniture assembly and disassembly when needed
- Using safe lifting and moving techniques
- Helping keep moving equipment and work areas organized
- Providing respectful and professional customer service
- Communicating with team members throughout each move
- Arriving to accepted jobs on time and prepared to work
- Handling customers’ belongings with care and respect
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional and respectful
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to perform the physical duties associated with moving
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving furniture and boxes throughout the workday
- Previous moving, delivery, warehouse, furniture, or general labor experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- A valid CDL is a plus
- Must be willing to provide quality customer service and represent Moving With No Stress professionally
Independent Contractor Opportunity
This position begins as a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity and is not initially a W-2 employee position.
Independent contractors may be offered available moving opportunities based on business needs.
Strong performance, reliability, professionalism, and company growth may lead to an opportunity to transition into a part-time or full-time W-2 position with Moving With No Stress.
A transition to W-2 employment is not automatic or guaranteed.
Benefits After Transition to W-2 Employment
Eligible team members who transition into a W-2 employee position may qualify for company benefits after completing the applicable eligibility period.
