We’re a growing local property management company looking for a reliable independent cleaner or cleaner with a small team to provide short-term rental turnover cleaning throughout Asheville and the surrounding areas.
Our properties range from comfortable, basic vacation rentals to high-end luxury homes, but our standard of care remains the same across every property. We’re looking for someone who brings luxury-level attention to detail, pride, and precision to every home.
This is more than surface-level cleaning. The right person notices the small details, understands thoughtful staging, takes ownership of their work, and knows how to fully prepare a home for each new guest. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our local operations and take primary cleaning responsibility for assigned properties.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary cleaner for assigned properties and become familiar with each home’s individual needs, standards, and setup
- Independently manage and follow your assigned properties’ cleaning schedules, keeping up with reservation-based turnover dates and any schedule changes through Breezeway.
- Complete detailed turnover cleaning and thoughtful staging
- Follow property-specific checklists and instructions
- Monitor supplies and report low inventory
- Communicate any damages, maintenance concerns, or missing items
- Complete required documentation and upload photos through Breezeway
- Provide hot tub care when applicable and properly trained
- Consistently ensure each property is fully prepared for the arriving guest!
Scheduling and Pay
Turnovers are based on guest reservations and may fall on any day of the week. Weekend availability is required, with Sundays often being one of our busiest turnover days. Standard checkout is at 10:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM, providing a six-hour turnover window.
Each property has a fixed cleaning rate, which is provided before accepting responsibility for the property. Scheduling, checklists, documentation, and payment are all managed through Breezeway.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal person can work independently with minimal supervision and does not need repeated instructions or ongoing follow-up. Once trained, we expect our cleaners to take ownership of their assigned properties, manage their accepted schedule responsibly, communicate proactively, and maintain consistent standards.
Applicants should have:
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of luxury-level cleaning standards
- Pride in their work and an eye for thoughtful staging
- Reliable transportation
- Their own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dependable communication and the ability to work independently
- Comfort using an app for scheduling, checklists, photos, and payment
- The ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback
Professional cleaning experience and references are preferred; however, we’re happy to train the right person who is genuinely interested in learning and committed to meeting our standards!

Pay: $150.00 - $400.00 per day
