Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Southeastern Wisconsin: Locations in Pleasant Prairie, Mount Pleasant, and Racine available
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Sonnenberg is a locally owned behavioral health organization providing center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.
This is an in-person position offering consistent weekday hours, ongoing supervision from BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative clinical environment.

Monday through Friday

No evenings, weekends, or major holidays

Typical full-time hours: 8:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
-
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

Support skill development through structured activities and daily routines
-
Collect and record data on client progress

Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with company policies
Required:
-
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least 18 years of age
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to participate in active sessions, including floor-based activities and lifting up to 20 pounds

Ability to pass required background checks
Preferred:

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Experience in education, behavioral health, childcare, or human services

Consistent weekday schedule

No nights or weekends
