We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cage Cashier and Cage Machine Technician to join our casino team. These positions requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Cage Cashier:
Responsibilities & Duties
- Process customer transactions including cashing checks, redeeming tickets, exchanging gaming chips, and handling credit/debit transactions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Verify and reconcile funds at the beginning and end of each shift
- Ensure compliance with casino policies, gaming regulations, and anti-money laundering procedures
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to guests and team members
- Identify counterfeit currency and suspicious activity when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and guest information
- Assist with audits, paperwork, and daily reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth casino operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering, banking, retail, or casino experience preferred
- Strong math and cash-handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass required background checks and obtain any necessary gaming licenses
Schedule Requirements
We are currently hiring for evening shifts with possible overnight hours (4:00PM - 12:30AM, 6:00PM - 2:30AM, 8:00PM - 4:30AM, and 10:00PM - 6:30AM). Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. Flexibility in scheduling is highly preferred.
Cage Machine Tech:
- Responsible for excellent service when performing all duties. Processes jackpot and hopper fills. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned by Cage Supervisor.
- Responsible for balancing, replenishing and general maintenance of the self-service ticket redemption, automated teller, and bill breaker machines. Implements all established department and company policies and procedures associated with machines.
- Responsible for the inventory and replenishing of the Coin Storage Bins. Implements all established department and company policies and, procedures associated with the coin storage boxes.
- · Performs monetary transactions regarding jackpots and hopper fills, adhering to all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.
- · Prepares all required paperwork.
- · Service, up keep and maintenance of self-service ticket redemption machines, bill breakers, and automated teller machines.
- · Works with shift supervisor and performs duties as deemed necessary by shift supervisor.
- · Attends periodic meetings.
- · Attends machine training sessions.
Physical:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Moderate lifting - 30 to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, lift and reach.\
Mental:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide without a calculator.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Prior experience in a money handling position.
- Prior experience with machine maintenance helpful.
- Knowledgeable in the use of a ten-key.
- Congenial.
- Team player
- Minimum 18 years old.
- No felony convictions.

We are currently hiring for swing shift: 2:00PM - 10:30PM
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
