Position: Licensed MLO Operations Specialist (Non-Sales Role)
We are seeking a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer who thrives in the operational side of mortgage origination. In this role, you will not need to prospect or sell. Instead, you will support the company’s sales lead by ensuring every loan file moves smoothly from application to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete loan processing tasks: gather documentation, ensure compliance, and prepare files for underwriting.
- Handle rate quoting, disclosures, and loan conditions.
- Communicate with clients as needed to collect or clarify information (no prospecting required).
- Collaborate closely with the sales lead, receiving clients post-sale, and ensuring timely and accurate file completion.
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license.
- Proven experience in mortgage processing or operations.
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management.
This role is ideal for a professional who loves the operational side and wants to be an integral part of a streamlined team.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
