Concrete Laborer

This hands-on role involves preparing and pouring concrete, setting up forms, smoothing surfaces, and assisting with various tasks on-site. We’re looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills in a collaborative environment. Prior experience in concrete or construction is a plus but not required—bring your dedication, and we’ll provide the training!
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing job sites and setting up forms

Pour, spread, and smooth concrete as directed

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness

Work effectively with team members to meet project timelines
Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from job sites
