What You'll Earn:
- $22–$25 per hour based on experience
- Uncapped sales commissions
- $6,000 performance bonus after 90 days

What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with contractors, construction companies, logistics providers, farms, manufacturers, and other commercial customers
- Present container solutions that meet customer needs
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Track sales activity and manage opportunities in CRM systems
- Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, B2B, retail, or customer-facing roles)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM software
