- Development of Foam models of Seat Back and Seat Cushion using STO.
- Building of A Solid giving due consideration aesthetics.
- Conceptual Design, Detail design and Program management
- Tool design for the foams
- Creation of Styling surfaces with the Point cloud data
- Kinematics Simulations and Layout creation (DMU environment) for Safety, Packaging and Comfort Analysis
- Expertise in Catia V5 / UG NX (Part Modelling/ Gen. Shape Design/ Drafting/ Assembly, Kinematics, DMU Fitting, DMU)
- Work planning, data preparation, data management
- Discussion with the customer
- Interaction with the offshore team
- Preparing presentations for work progress
- Sound knowledge and practical exposure to the Federal (FMVSS) Requirements and standards for the Seating System Design
