Compensation: Up to $25 an hour+ overtime for hours worked over 40/ PTO and Paid Holidays
Description:
A loving family is seeking a warm, engaging, and attentive nanny to care for their energetic toddler. The family is hoping to find someone who will become a consistent and valued part of their child's life for at least a year, with the hope of a long-term relationship.
This role is focused entirely on caring for and engaging with their child. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers, loves interactive play, and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where little ones can learn and grow.
Their toddler is active, curious, and on the move, so they are looking for a nanny who can truly keep up! The ideal candidate enjoys getting down on the floor to play, building forts, reading books, exploring parks, climbing through jungle gyms, and participating in all the fun that comes with caring for a busy toddler. The family also spends a great deal of time with nearby cousins, so the nanny should enjoy coordinating and participating in playdates and social activities with other children.
- Providing attentive, hands-on care for their son
- Planning age-appropriate activities, play, and learning opportunities
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Supporting nap schedules and daily routines
- Spending time outdoors and encouraging active play
- Transporting their son to activities as needed
- Maintaining child-related items and spaces
- Creating a loving, positive, and engaging environment

- CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent references
- Ability to lift and carry a toddler
- Comfortable spending time outdoors and participating in active play
- $21/hour+ overtime for hours over 40
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- 10 paid vacation days
