About the Role
As an Injection Molding Technician, you will play a vital role in optimizing our production output by ensuring precision mold changeovers and equipment readiness. You will leverage your mechanical expertise to maintain high-efficiency standards, directly impacting our ability to meet production targets while upholding a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities-
Execute efficient mold changeovers, including setup, teardown, and assembly to minimize machine downtime.

Optimize press performance by maintaining organized work zones and ensuring all tooling and components are ready for production.

Operate industrial material handling equipment, such as forklifts, to support seamless workflow across the manufacturing floor.

Maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring all production areas remain compliant with OSHA and internal safety protocols.

Collaborate across departments to provide technical support for injection molding, pad printing, and material handling tasks.

Facilitate team continuity by documenting machine performance and providing clear, actionable handoffs between shifts.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of hands-on experience with mold setting within an injection molding or high-volume manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and fluid power systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical mobility in an industrial setting.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Strong aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical issues with high attention to detail.

Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing team.
