We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for both patients and staff.

Duties
- Perform sterilization of dental instruments according to established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.
- Monitor sterilization processes and maintain sterilization logs and adhere to OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control.
- Assist in the preparation of instruments for procedures.
- Assist dental professionals in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Organize and restock sterilization areas
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and report any shortages.
- Stay updated on best practices in sterilization techniques and infection control and follow established protocols to protect patients and staff.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in dental sterilization preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and sterilization techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
