Woken Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who wants the freedom of practicing medicine without the burden of running a business.We provide the infrastructure, technology, patient acquisition, scheduling, billing, and administrative support so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care.Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual primary care visits
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
- Provide preventive care and wellness services
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications
