Team Buyer’s Agent (Team Member)
Overview:
Designed for agents who want consistent opportunities and prefer working with structured support and lead flow.
Responsibilities:
- Work with company-provided buyer leads
- Show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts
- Follow up with prospects using the CRM
- Convert leads into active clients and closings

Team Listing Agent (Team Member)
Overview:

- Prospect for additional listing opportunities
