We are a fine-dining Japanese restaurant in San Francisco, Financial District, with high ratings on Yelp and Google, and looking for a professional, experienced, fast-paced, Michelin Star standard server who can work long hours but also flexible with work schedule. We are looking for someone who understand the Japanese culture and this style of food. If you understand and speak the Japanese language, it is a huge plus.
Compensation: SF Minimum wage + competitive gratuity. (Wage + Tips = $300 to $500 / day)
Shift: Two or Three days / Week (fixed days after the probation, but this may fluctuate depending on the needs). Working hours starts from 3:00pm to around 11:30pm. We will ask you when other days need to be covered (and we WILL ask).
You must be flexible for at least two other days to cover shifts on call in case of emergency.

-Have work experiences in fine dining restaurant at least 2 years
-Have knowledge about Wine and Sake
-Knowledge about Japanese food and culture is a plus
-Food handler certificate is required
-MUST be able to fluently speak and read English
-Fast learner, team worker
-Positive attitude and provide positive energy
-Must be LEGAL US citizen or have a LEGAL working permit
