- Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, and event spaces.
- Serve food and beverages while providing friendly, attentive guest service.
- Keep banquet areas clean, organized, and event-ready.
- Assist with buffets, plated meals, receptions, and special events.
- Work closely with the banquet and food & beverage teams to ensure events run smoothly.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude while delivering excellent hospitality.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Ability to lift, carry, stand, and move throughout events for extended periods.
- Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are a must.
