Qualificatins:
1. Masters degree with a majr in educatinal leadership, educatinal supervisin, r a related field; dctrate preferred.
2. Eligible fr Pennsylvania Principal Certificatin.
3. Five (5) r mre years experience in public educatin, including secndary r elementary schl instructin.
4. Knwledge f and flexibility in the use f cmputers and sftware prgrams typically used in schl administratin.
5. Demnstrated knwledge f a standards-based curriculum required in the Cmmnwealth f Pennsylvania.
6. Experience in Administratin preferred.
7. Satisfactry wrk recrd & criminal/child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 114, and 151).

Essential Duties and Respnsibilities
Data-driven decisin-making – Identifies, analyzes, and uses key human capital metrics t make updates and changes in supprt f teacher quality. Shares data with key stakehlders.
Assists in establishing clear appraches t measuring student grwth and measures it by individual student with the intentin f ensuring that every student has an pprtunity t g t cllege r pst-secndary sch

Lead in implementing a cmprehensive instructinal impr- vement system.
Regularly reviews pertinent student perfrmance data t assess the effectiveness f interventins in helping at-risk students and t devise new actin plans t fr newly identified and previ- usly identified at-risk student
Peple Management – Actively devtes time t identify and develp tp talent. Prvides clarity and evaluatins abut rles, respnsibilities, and perfrmance gals and ffers direct feedback n hw t imprve perfrmance.
