Job Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, skilled and dedicated Pool Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in the installation, repair, and finishing of swimming pools and related structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be comfortable working with various tools and materials on-site. Duties
- Assist with excavation, framing, and concrete forming for pool structures
- Install plumbing, electrical systems, and filtration equipment according to schematics and blueprints
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform finishing tasks such as plastering, caulking, tile laying, and concrete finishing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Fabricate custom components for pool features using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install accessories such as lighting, glass panels, cabinets, doors, and trim carpentry elements
- Conduct inspections during various phases of construction to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Assist with restoration work, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, and other remodeling tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- 4 YEARS Prior experience in concrete swimming pool construction site work or related fields is highly preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, plastering, masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, tile laying, and flooring installation
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including electrical experience), and heavy equipment operation is advantageous
- Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and fabrication equipment
- Experience with construction management or estimating is a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites and ability to work effectively in outdoor environments
