What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients
- Build rapport and overcome objections
- Verify insurance benefits
- Guide clients through the admissions process
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Meet and exceed performance goals
What We're Looking For:
- Admissions, call center, sales, or closing experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Substance abuse or behavioral health experience is a plus
