Product Data Specialist

SECLOCK is hiring for a Product Data Specialist to join a dynamic, well-established Digital & Data team!
Key Job Responsibilities:
Catalog & SKU Management
Create, update, and maintain accurate product records, SKUs, attributes, and listings across internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product information is complete, consistent, and aligned across all channels.
Maintain product hierarchies, categories, and standardized naming conventions.
Data Entry & Processing
Process and manipulate large product data files using Microsoft Excel.
Update pricing, inventory availability, product specifications, and related product information.
Import, export, validate, and reconcile data between multiple systems.
Data Quality & Validation
Audit product data to identify inconsistencies, duplicate records, missing information, and data anomalies.
Perform data cleansing, normalization, and standardization to maintain high-quality product information.
Develop and maintain data quality standards and best practices.
Website & Product Data Auditing
Conduct routine audits of the company website to verify the accuracy and completeness of product information.
Identify and resolve issues related to product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, categories, and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Data Mapping & Product Information Management
Map and translate product attributes from multiple supplier or manufacturer formats into standardized internal data structures.
Maintain consistent nomenclature, taxonomy, and attribute definitions across product catalogs.
Support new product onboarding by organizing and validating manufacturer specifications.
Pricing & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate pricing information across internal systems and customer-facing platforms.
Coordinate pricing updates, promotional pricing, and inventory synchronization.
Validate pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies before publication.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience using Excel to produce advanced relational and formula-based content and data sets.
Basic understanding of data field mappings, databases, and relational data.
Solid comprehension of how data is presented to both internal (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and external (Website) customers.
Ability to take door hardware product specifications and translate them into comprehensive data sets, or equivalent experience within a similar industry.
Experience working with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business management platform.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience managing large product catalogs and SKU databases preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product catalog management preferred
