Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
5-10 hours a week at the facility
Flexible schedule
Face to face visits with clients
Assessments-New client, change in condition, medication interactions, etc.
Training new staff on competency of nursing tasks
Input on staff reviews and staff discipline
Reachable/on-call for staff 24/7
Some in service training when needed
Team player and mentor for HHAs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
