A high-touch finance firm in DC is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for front-desk coverage, operations, vendor relationships, administrative and projects support, and day-to-day office logistics. This professional ensures the workplace runs efficiently and every team member, client, and guest has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist all guests, clients, and team with warmth and professionalism, coordinating logistics alongside maintaining a welcoming, clean office space.
· Provide exceptional customer service via phone coverage, email correspondence and in-person interactions.
· Oversee day-to-day operations, such as incoming and outbound mail, supply inventory, shared space upkeep, and coordination of building needs and vendor services.
· Act as the go-to liaison between building management and outside vendors, coordinating requests, deliveries, and shared-space reservations.
· Support administrative functions for the DC office involving employee onboarding and offboarding, set up for meetings and events, meeting material finalization and distribution, and technology needs.
· Provide scheduling support to internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality and organized recordkeeping.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
