Position Summary
The Job of a Budtender is to make sure that the sales floor is presentable and that all products are displayed in a manner that provides an easy, enjoyable experience for the customer or patient. The Budtender is responsible for assisting customers and patients in finding a product suitable for their needs and desires.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Primary responsibility should always be attending to customers.

Between customers, duties include but are not limited to:

Labelling the product
-
Assisting with Inventory audits
-
Stocking products/supplies
-
Cleaning displays and making sure all products are forward-facing.

Shaking out jars
-
Manicuring Flower
-
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge

Jarring flower
-
Processing Prerolls
-
General store cleaning
Qualifications
-
Must possess a current Colorado MED Badge
-
Prefer Minimum 1-year retail experience.

Prefer Minimum 1-year budtending experience.

Must have minimum 1 MED and REC budtending experience
Working Conditions
Primarily in a retail environment. Must be able to stand, lift 20 lbs, see and read, work with numbers, and make sales with a Point of Service application. Weekend and evening work is expected. May be a Full-time or Part-time position.
Pay is $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, plus tips. Depending on the location.
