Mountain State Home Health Care is seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Administrative Support team member to serve as the front desk and first point of contact for our Mount Nebo office.

Overview
This role is ideal for someone with medical office receptionist experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-department environment and enjoys working closely with patients, medical professionals, and administrative staff.
Experience or familiarity with long-term care or medical scheduling is highly preferred.
Position Summary
This role serves as the first point of contact; welcoming clients, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and supporting daily operations across multiple departments. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Greet clients and caregivers; provide a welcoming and professional first impression
- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-person visitors, phone calls, and messages
- Manage a high volume of calls, texts, and inquiries across multiple departments
- Ensure lobby and front office areas are clean and organized
Medical Office & Administrative Support
- Process and distribute incoming faxes and documentation
- Handle Plan of Care worksheets ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Assist with reports to billing and payroll
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records (HIPAA compliant)
- Support administrative workflows including filing, scanning, stocking, and data entry
- Support team operations and participate in meetings
- Help maintain efficient workflows across departments
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a medical office receptionist, front desk coordinator, or healthcare admin
- Familiarity with long term care, rehabilitation services, or medical scheduling
- Experience working in a multi-provider or fast-paced clinical environment

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
