Sales Representative (1099)

This is a 1099 independent contractor role for driven closers who want unlimited income, real support, and rewards that match performance.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage residential roofing leads
- Inspect roofs and educate homeowners on damage and replacement options
- Work insurance restoration and retail roofing projects
- Close contracts with professionalism and confidence
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement

Compensation
- Uncapped upfront commissions
- Uncapped backend commissions
- High average deal value
- Paid per project on a 50/50 Profit Split
