ServiceNow GRC Architect with Archer Migration Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and hands-on experience migrating governance, risk, and compliance data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow.
The selected candidate will lead solution architecture, data migration, configuration, integration, and implementation activities across ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules.
A minimum of 12 years of relevant IT experience is mandatory. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
This is a contract position available only on a W-2 basis. C2C candidates and third-party consulting submissions should not apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience. This requirement is mandatory.
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow GRC or IRM Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.
- Proven experience migrating data from RSA Archer to ServiceNow GRC or IRM.
- Experience analyzing Archer applications, questionnaires, risk records, controls, policies, findings, issues, and related data structures.
- Experience defining source-to-target mappings between Archer and ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of data cleansing, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and migration controls.
- Experience with ServiceNow Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and scripted data migration.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow entity framework.
- Experience with risk statements, control objectives, controls, policies, authority documents, citations, indicators, attestations, issues, and remediation workflows.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow GRC solutions using out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs, groups, and user access models.
- Experience with technical architecture, solution design documents, data models, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ability to work with business, compliance, risk, audit, security, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
ServiceNow Certification Requirements
Candidates must hold relevant, active ServiceNow certifications. ServiceNow certifications are mandatory.
Preferred certifications include:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow CIS-RC
- Additional ServiceNow implementation or application certifications
Candidates without ServiceNow certifications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions.
- Assess existing RSA Archer applications, data models, workflows, reports, questionnaires, and integrations.
- Develop the Archer-to-ServiceNow migration strategy and execution plan.
- Define data mappings, migration rules, transformation logic, reconciliation processes, and validation criteria.
- Coordinate data extraction from Archer and loading into ServiceNow.
- Design the ServiceNow entity, risk, compliance, control, policy, issue, and audit structures.
- Configure and guide implementation of ServiceNow GRC workflows and business processes.
- Identify opportunities to replace Archer customizations with ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Review technical configurations, scripts, integrations, and migration utilities.
- Establish data quality controls and resolve migration defects.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and post-production validation.
- Create architecture diagrams, data mapping documents, migration runbooks, and technical design documents.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, analysts, and business teams.
- Ensure that the solution follows ServiceNow development standards, security requirements, and implementation best practices.

Pay: $99,174.88 - $130,436.41 per year
