Responsibilities
- Managers are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, maintain stable store operations, and meet financial goals while effectively coaching staff and fostering a positive, professional work environment.1Leadership & Staff Management
- Relationship Building: Managers should act as mentors by providing consistent coaching, resolving conflicts diplomatically, and maintaining professional boundaries with their teams.1
Operational & Financial Responsibility
- Metrics Mastery: Managers must understand and use store metrics, such as labor cost margins and profit margins, to make data-driven operational decisions.
- Task Ownership: High urgency is expected in completing tasks from senior leadership, including monthly financial reporting and maintaining accurate store inventory.
- Hiring & Training: They are tasked with improving the hiring process and ensuring training steps for new managers are realistic and reflective of daily operations.
- Team Support: They are responsible for supporting shift leaders, defining clear communication expectations, and ensuring staff follow store policies and dress codes.
- Performance Culture: Expectations include conducting regular 1-1 employee meetings and providing constructive feedback without being defensive.
Requirements
1. Must be 21 years of age or older
2. Must be ok with hookah/tobacco consumption
3. Must be willing to work late nights (2am) and weekends
4. Must have Food Handlers Certification
5. Must have RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
