Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, ordering, and answering menu questions to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness by following sanitation procedures for tables, utensils, kitchen areas, and restrooms
- Support food safety management by adhering to all food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation, delivery, or replenishment as needed to ensure timely service
- Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and comfort, promptly addressing any issues or guest requests
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout the restaurant
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting or carrying supplies
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards and following health regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
