About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Shared Service Cash Management and Compliance Manager to support daily cash management, banking operations, compliance activities, and shared services processes across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, supporting financial reporting, and helping drive process improvements within treasury and accounting operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3–8 years of accounting, treasury, or cash management experience, including experience leading projects or supervising team members preferred
- Understanding of cash management processes, bank reconciliations, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Experience working with ERP systems and banking platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments preferred
- CPA, CTP, or similar certification a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily cash management activities, cash flow reporting, and banking operations
- Assist with foreign currency transactions, reporting, and reconciliations
- Maintain internal controls related to banking access, vendor setup, and financial processes
- Support debt compliance reporting and audit requests
- Assist with vendor onboarding, customer maintenance, and ERP data management
- Prepare treasury-related reports, reconciliations, and month-end journal entries
- Coordinate corporate insurance renewals and assist with annual insurance audits
- Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to support process improvements and operational efficiency
- Help mentor and support team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment
