Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator – Recycling Facility
Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Day shift to start; potential future evening shift (approx. 10:00 AM–7:00 PM)

What You'll Do
- Operate a forklift to move materials and pallets throughout the facility
- Feed recyclable materials into sorting and processing machinery
- Operate and monitor warehouse machinery and equipment
- Manually sort and handle recyclable materials — this involves dirt, dust, and odors as part of the daily job
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working in a dirty and dusty industrial environment — this is a daily reality of the job, not an occasional inconvenience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active for a full shift
- Reliable — someone who shows up on time, every time
- Forklift experience a plus — we'll train and certify the right candidate
- Able to work safely around moving machinery and equipment
- Team player who can also work independently
