Production Support Specialist - Day Shift | Springville, UT

Responsibilities

Assist with general production duties including packaging, labeling, and light product assembly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company hygiene standards.

Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Handle and prepare materials for production as directed.

Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to meet production goals.

Support multiple departments as needed based on workload and scheduling needs.
Qualifications

Must be available to work a rotating schedule every two weeks.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical work.

Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, with heavier lifts as needed.

Must adhere to all safety and hygiene policies (no jewelry, artificial nails, or lash extensions).

Closed-toe shoes required; jeans must be free of rips or tears.

Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
- Preferred: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
Pay
$16.00 per hour
Schedule
Full Time | Day Shift | Rotating Bi-Weekly Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 4:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday, Saturday | 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM
