**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to manage their time effectively while working in a fast paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and litigate lemon law and consumer protection cases in both state and federal courts.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions, in compliance with federal rules of civil procedure.
- Conduct legal research on issues arising under consumer protection statutes, federal regulations, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of case documentation using digital case management systems.
**Qualifications:**
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling cases in federal court, including filing, motion practice, or trial work.
- Experience with lemon law, warranty litigation, or consumer rights advocacy.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including drafting briefs and presenting arguments in federal court.
- Strong research and organizational abilities with attention to deadlines and procedural accuracy.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Lemon law
- Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
