A growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. The company has a strong pipeline of upcoming work, a collaborative culture, and offers long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
- Manage project milestones from mobilization through turnover
- Partner with project managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strong communication with owners, design teams, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Strong ground-up multifamily construction experience required
- Experience with podium, wrap, garden-style, or below-grade construction preferred
- Heavy civil experience is a plus
- Proficient with Procore or similar construction management software
- Ability to travel to projects within approximately 90 minutes of the King of Prussia area
