Protech Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (English & spanish) hands-on Production Lead/Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company. If you’re a strong floor leader who knows how to motivate teams, drive production, and lead by example, this could be a great opportunity! Must have at least 2-3 years of leadership experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
OT & weekends as needed
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach production teams
- Drive safety, quality & productivity
- Monitor production flow and staffing
- Address issues and minimize downtime
- Develop employees and promote accountability
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality & Warehouse teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong production and workforce management skills
- Hands-on leadership style & strong floor presence
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Manufacturing experience required
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
