Job Description:
Monument Chevrolet is seeking a Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, helping them make the decision to purchase a vehicle and help them find the perfect vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive sales industry, a passion for cars and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in the automotive sales industry.
- Must have a passion for cars and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.
- Must have a strong desire to learn about car models, car technology, car performance and car safety.
- Ability to build a strong relationship with customers from the beginning of their search until their final transaction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- The ability to learn new technologies, systems and processes quickly and effectively.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to perform well in stressful situations.
- The ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
