ASM Enterprise is seeking experienced, customer focused professionals to join our growing delivery and installation team. This is a hands-on position that combines commercial driving, customer service, and appliance installation. Position Overview
As an Appliance Installer, you will operate a box truck, deliver appliances directly to customers’ homes, and perform professional installations. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of delivery and installation experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience operating box trucks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Refrigeration installation
- Wall ovens and cooktops
- Dishwasher installation
- Over the range microwaves
- Washer and dryer installation
- Water line and basic plumbing connections
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company box trucks
- Deliver appliances to customers’ homes
- Perform appliance installations according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect products before delivery and installation
- Maintain accurate paperwork and electronic documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery
- Follow all safety, DOT, and company policies
- Protect customers’ homes and property during delivery and installation
- Remove packaging and leave the installation area clean and professional
