Office Administrative Assistant- Part time ( to full time)Increase Financial – Missouri City, TexasPosition SummaryIncrease Financial is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Office Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operation of the office.This is a hands-on support position that includes general office duties, assisting clients, maintaining office supplies and inventory, helping keep the office organized and presentable, and providing administrative support to the company’s President and staff. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, willing to help wherever needed, and able to handle both routine office responsibilities and client-related tasks professionally.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Assist clients with basic questions, paperwork, forms, and document collection.
- Scan, copy, organize, file, and maintain business and client documents.
- Perform data entry and update client or company records as directed.
- Prepare basic correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and office documents.
- Help track assignments, reminders, appointments, and follow-up items.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory and notify management when items need to be reordered.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Help ensure the reception area, conference room, kitchen, and general office areas remain neat, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up after meetings and client appointments.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Assist with basic expense tracking, invoices, and administrative records.
- Help with company events, special projects, and other office needs.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client and company information.
- Perform other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous office, administrative, receptionist, customer-service, or client-support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust as priorities change.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office equipment.
- Willingness to handle both administrative duties and routine office tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a professional office is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
