TARUS is a machine tool builder and a global supplier of innovative CNC machines for various industries. We are currently looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team.
Duties:
· Responsible for all incoming and outgoing materials
· Record, assign, and distribute parts and assemblies
· Maintain quality control of parts
· Conduct periodic physical inventory audits
· Handle all shipping and receiving
· Maintain company supplies
· Maintain an organized and clean stockroom
· Perform other related duties as requested
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Extremely organized and a high attention to detail
· Must be forklift certified or obtain certification within 3 months of date of hire
· Knowledge of inventory control procedures
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work well with others and maintain organization between all departments
· Valid driver license
Preferred:
· Familiarity with ERP systems
· Worked primarily in a manufacturing environment
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
· Standing, bending and lifting are required
