HSS Security is hiring licensed Armed Security Officers for this weekend and holiday coverage at an active construction site.
Position Details
- Schedule: Some Weekends & Holidays
- Shifts Available:
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Employment Type: Temporary / Part-Time
- Location: DFW Area
- Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Secure the construction site against theft, trespassing, and vandalism.
- Monitor and control access to the property.
- Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the site.
- Observe and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement when necessary.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports.
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times.
Requirements
- Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License
- Current firearm qualification
- Applicants must provide their own duty weapon, duty belt, and all required Level III equipment. HSS Security does not provide firearms or duty gear.
- Valid Texas Driver License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Must be dependable and available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts outdoors in various weather conditions
