What You’ll Do:
- Conduct pediatric supervisory visits in patients’ homes
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing oversight
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia RN License
- CPR + First Aid Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred
