Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Assist in merchandising efforts, ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Create equipment work orders for our services/repairs.
- Contact customers in a timely manner with updates about their equipment.
- Schedule service appointments for in-shop and in-field repair work.
- Oversee operations for our Pasco service department.
- Occasional equipment delivery and pick-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.
- Provide an eligible driving record.
