Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast stations, including arranging utensils, condiments, and food displays to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Greet guests warmly, take their orders when applicable, and assist with any special dietary needs or preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Replenish buffet items regularly during service hours to ensure freshness and availability.
- Assist with food handling procedures, adhering strictly to health regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy breakfast hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Food industry experience such as barista work or dietary aide background is advantageous.
