We employ professional personnel, full-time and part-time for the following departments: EMS - Basic, Intermediate/Advanced & Paramedic, Dispatch – Dispatcher & Transportation Coordinator, Transportation – Chair Van Driver, Office – Billing Clerk, and Maintenance – Diesel Mechanic.
The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching ambulances and medi-vans, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulations. Key duties include coordinating staff schedules, maintaining communication with EMS and Billing departments, and documenting and prioritizing dispatch calls.
