Client: Association receiving Federal and County Government Funding
Position Overview
Hands-on FP&A and grant accounting role supporting budgeting, compliance, and reporting across federal and county funding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting
Partner with Program Managers on budget tracking
Manage grant accounting, reporting, and drawdowns
Perform variance analysis and reporting
Support audits and NICRA preparation
Should understand proposed changes to 2 C.F.R. Part 200
Required Qualifications
7+ years FP&A and grant accounting
Non-profit/association receiving federal/county funding
Workday Adaptive Planning or Prophix & Monday.com experience a definite plus
Strong grant compliance and reporting
Advanced Excel
