I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in educational sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships, helping people, and providing exceptional service.
Giving back to the community is important to our agency. We regularly support local organizations through sponsorships and volunteer efforts, and we enjoy being involved in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kari Van Ert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
