Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency with quality standards across all menu items.
- Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food production to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen management, timely food delivery, and efficient workflow during busy hours.
- Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices to foster a high-performing team.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or the food industry.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications required for safe food handling practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively through coaching & development initiatives.
- Background in customer service excellence with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
