Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Technician/Project Implementor to join our growing team at Alpha & Omega computer consultants. We are a local IT Managed Service Provider in the Nashville area. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining mostly Windows-based environments and handling business networking hardware.
Your day-to-day duties will include installing and troubleshooting network hardware, configuring printers and scanners, as well as workstations with some software support as well. Your main goal is to provide exceptional on-site client support. MSP experience highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, migrate, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
- Ownership of department documents and shared resources.- Creating internal reports and updates on completed work.
-Extensively testing solutions before marking them complete.
- Set up and configure network hardware.
- Maintain and repair hardware systems.- Provide a high-quality customer support experience to clients.
- Collaborate with the rest of our team to develop and improve IT infrastructure.
- Manage VoIP systems and deployments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant IT certifications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Proficiency in Windows server and desktop environments.
- Experience with networking hardware and commercial printers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Pay Scale:
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
