Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child & Family Therapist to provide a variety of day, evening and weekend services. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in traditional therapy while incorporating wellness-informed, somatic, and holistic approaches into their work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Integrate traditional therapeutic modalities (CBT, psychodynamic, etc.) with somatic and holistic practices
- Support emotional regulation, attachment, and family dynamics
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with caregivers and, when appropriate, schools or other providers
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to integrate evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, play therapy, psychodynamic approaches) with somatic and holistic modalities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, attachment-based interventions, and family systems work
- Competence in incorporating mindfulness, emotional regulation, and body-based wellness practices into treatment
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with clients, caregivers, and families
- Experience collaborating with caregivers, schools, and other providers
- Ability to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage a consistent evening and weekend caseload effectively
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards

Pay: $59.00 - $60.00 per hour
